Out of the shed came our christmas goodies- all boxed up ready to decorate and celebrate. The most important aspect of our christmas tradition is our advent calander. This is one mum made and we bring it out each year.
Every morning, very early it seems, the boys check the appropriate pocket to see what santa has left. There is usually a little edible treat but also a note of something christmassy to do each day. Santa is very organised this year, and really understands the pressures that we have in our life and the activities seem to be relate to the time we have available. They range from visiting christmas lights, singing a christmas carol (usually when we have a function where this will actually happen) to reading a christmas story, put out the nativity scene or even watch a christmas show. The first one was put up the Christmas tree which everyone was very excited to do.
